7000 students from over 200 schools took part in Digital Day 2019. There were representatives from 150 businesses assisting schools. We were very lucky to receive support again this year from Tommy, a digital marketing company based in London, Los Angeles and Singapore. Digital Day is designed to raise awareness of careers in the digital industry.
We have submitted winning entries for all three categories to the national challenge and we are very proud of our overall winning group for the day - Plastic Pickup! Students had to create a marketing campaign from the chosen brief, give a presentation and create a story board. Many valuable skills for work were involved. We look forward to hearing the results of the national competition – finger's crossed!
